Energy Performance Certificates will tell homebuyers and sellers about properties energy efficiency. The EPC will be included in the Home Information Pack (HIP), which will be available for potential buyers to view. We prepare the EPC for inclusion in your pack. An Energy Performance Certificate is compulsory and has to be undertaken by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. This is the only part of the Home Information Pack that you cannot undertake yourself. For further information see:

Alongside the energy efficiency ratings will include an Environmental Impact Rating. This will show what impact the property has on the environment.
