From June 2007 we will be undertaking Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) 

We also undertake SAP ratings (energy ratings for new builds) 

Using approved NHER software we evaluate properties for energy efficiency.  

The higher the rating, the better efficiency the property has. 

We will then produce an Energy Performance Certificate for the property within 72 hours
