the Energy Ratings website. By using this website you agree to
be bound by the terms set out below. The information presented
is intended as a general guide only. We may change these terms
at any time by posting changes online. In entering our site you
as a user ('You') are accepting our terms and conditions.
Standard
Terms of Engagement
The standard service is inclusive of the following:
1) An
initial visit to the property to undertake an energy survey
based on fee structure.
2) Produce
an Energy Performance Certificate to comply with government
regulations within 72 hours of survey.
3) Non
contracted agents will receive certificates upon payment.
4) If you
are a contracted agent, you will be invoiced monthly.
