  • Fast turnaround of completed EPC, enabling you to market the property quickly
  • Branded material; the EPC can be branded with your corporate identity
  • Deferred payment to HomeSpec; we invoice on completion; no upfront costs

HomeSpec hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, giving you peace of mind, should any problems arise.

Whilst our service is available to any individual wishing to sell their property, contracted clients will have priority.

You will liase with the same Domestic Energy Assessor throughout each transaction. They will be designated to your company from the outset, allowing a working relationship to form, aiding both the Assessor & the Agent.

Our aim is to ensure that your business continues to thrive during the difficult transition from conventional selling to mandatory Home Information Packs

The initial contract period is 12 months, thereafter if both parties are satisfied; it is renewable on a yearly basis.
